Date of creation: In a brochure of the Stadtbauamt Magdeburg it is written the the address Breiter Weg 21/22, with two numbers for one building was valid only since 1852 (Stadtplanungsamt Magdeburg, "Der Breite Weg", 69/2005, S. 103). So it is most likely that the photograph dates from 1852 onwards.
